3 Items You Need in Your Kitchen NOW

 Himalayan Salt, Sparkling Water, Limes!

 

The first item you need to stalk up on for fall: Himalayan Pink Salt. The second item: Sparkling Water. Let me tell you why... While I’m all about moderation there are some things that our bodies are simply not made to consume. I believe soft drinks falls in that category. As a diet coke LOVER I never thought I would eliminate it. However, when I moved from Kansas City to Orange County, CA I noticed that I was (literally) the only one carrying around a diet coke. Some girls who worked with me started to replace my diet coke with sparkling water in my fridge in my office. At first I didn’t like it, but then I realized that sparkling water has the magical “fizz” I craved from the diet coke and all of a sudden I actually had MORE energy, no sugar crashes and felt noticeably healthier. What we put inside our bodies is directly reflected on the outside and, holy cow, consuming only sparkling water all day everyday was reflected in more than the energy I felt. I saw and felt the difference in my whole body: especially my skin. I challenge you to replace one soft drink a day with sparkling water.
