WHAT: the definition of a superfood is a nutrient-rich food considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being. What is not to love about that!
HOW: the more dense our foods are, the more benefits our bodies receive. Superfoods are amazing because they offer our bodies the nutrients we need to survive and are mostly plant-based. Consuming superfoods helps keep us away from processed foods and gives our body everything we need in the form of vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, minerals, and proteins. And the best part... it is all natural, straight from the earth, and absolutely delicious!
WHY: there are too many benefits and reason to eat a superfood packed diet to name here, so I will just try and give you the key reasons why you should rely on superfoods for the majority of your diet! Superfoods do more than just meet our nutritional needs or aid us in weight loss goals, they actually help our bodies achieve better health overall by helping prevent chronic disease, combating aging symptoms, and giving us more energy!
