The Most Underated Exercise
Handstands are a totally underrated exercise, for one key reason: most people think they just can't do them.
Besides bringing out your inner kid and being plain fun, they are extremely beneficial to your health...when done correctly (ensuring healthy alignment...always).
For me, I love the deep, deep stretch and pressure on my wrists. They make your upper body super strong, help balance AND can also make you feel happier. Seriously!! You flip your blood flow when you’re upside down and the blood flow to your brain has an energizing + calming effect, especially when you're feeling really stressed out.
So start working towards getting yourself upside down for a killer workout that’s so fun too!
